Veoh 3 Generations of Happiness
For a contemporary art professional 3 Generations of Happiness is probably a document from the far side. Inside the established art world many people would call the large scale selling of limited edition artworks to art newbies a rip off or even deny that this practice has anything to do with art. After all, from a sociological point of view the functional difference between this kind of art related communication and other kinds might not be as big as one might think.
There is no mission statement for this blog. “Works & Interventions” contains a selection of artistic experiments from more than a decade. Some of them were done with collaborators. I produce a relatively small amount of work of that kind and I don't write blog entries every day (Mostly in English, sometimes in German).
